We have had a busy wedding planning season so far this year.  Tastings abound!  Thank you to all of customers who have referred us to your friends and family.  We are booking up fast for many of the months and have two months already booked solid!

We recently made a large order of cupcakes for a baby shower that were a hit at the party.  We wanted to share with you what the wonderful customer said.

It is officially spring time!  The bakers have been looking forward to this season for months now.  Not only does it mean we are able to eat our lunch outside again, we also are changing our menu to our spring flavors.

We love this holiday around the bakery.  It seems that a lot of people have set new years resolutions this year to avoid sweets!  Darn you!  We want you back.  You need to spoil yourself every now and then.  Valentine's Day is the time when it seems most people will give in to a little temptation and pop in for a special treat.

Tis the season for long hours of baking at the bakery! Our little bakers are hard at work producing all of your holiday favorites.  From sugar cookies to our delicious holiday cakes, we are busy at work trying to keep up with the holiday rush.

Can you believe how fast the year has gone?  It's almost Thanksgiving already!  We are in the festive spirit already as we gear up for next weeks pie maddness!  Something we all love!

As wedding season winds down, the bakery has a brief break in the heavy production load until the holidays come around.  We are using this time to try out new recipes, spruce up our webpage, and catch up on all the office work we have put off in order to decorate cakes. 

I heard on the radio the other day that the number one halloween costume this year is Charlie Sheen.  Well at least we know that he is "winning" at something right now.   I'm still not sure what I will be for Halloween this year....any ideas?

School is back in session, and the nights are getting cooler.  Fall will soon be upon us! As the seasons change so do many of the flavors at the bakery.

Television is a major component in our lives. We receive so many bits of information in a day, it's no wonder we feel overloaded and overwhelmed.  Reality TV shows are becoming more and more popular.  A recent increase in cake shows, wedding dress shows, and wedding planning TV shows gives many brides some insight as to what the trends are and what she wants or expects for her wedding.  The question is can these expectations be met within budget?
