Helpful Information about Our Cakes
· Each cake you order will be unique from any other cake you see in our portfolio or online.
· We do our best to match color swatches you bring us. There may be slight differences in tone.
· Select fillings will yield different heights for certain cakes (jams vs. mousses).
· We use buttercream that is made with real butter and cream, no shortening will be used unless you request it (American Buttercream). We use IMMITATION almond extract in our plain buttercream. This has no adverse affect for those with nut allergies.
· Large amounts of deep colored buttercream (blue, black, red, green) will color your mouth or anything else it touches. Fondant does not have this same affect.
· Rice paper prints are a great way to duplicate an image you want. It is editable and can vary in size. Rice paper prints start at $5.
· Prices you find on the website include BASIC DECORATION ONLY! If you desire a custom cake or design, please call or stop by for pricing. Pricing is based on decorating time.
· All tiered cakes, carved cakes, or 3-D cakes are offered on a different pricing structure. Please call for a quote.
